• I am addressing statements that tanya has posted about me publicly In her public PDF.

    My Statement (Full Version)

I stayed silent for a long time out of fear and intimidation. I’m not staying silent anymore.

I began working for Tanya straight out of high school. What was presented as mentorship and opportunity quickly became an environment built on control, manipulation, and unethical behavior.

Over time, the environment became increasingly toxic:
    • Fear was used instead of leadership
    • Boundaries were punished
    • Loyalty was demanded, not earned
    • Anyone perceived as competition was attacked
    • Employees were expected to lie, fabricate, and comply

During my employment, I was instructed to engage in behavior that was not only unethical, but deliberately harmful to others.

    This included being told to:

    • write or coordinate fake online reviews intended to damage the reputation of competing nutritionists
    • create or use false accounts to influence public perception
    • participate in harassment campaigns against individuals she viewed as competition

Employees were also exposed to deeply inappropriate conduct involving clients.

It was common for clients’ bodies to be mocked privately — including comments about their weight, appearance, or physical features — in a way that was humiliating and degrading. This behavior was normalized in the workplace and framed as “motivation” or “humor,” despite being cruel and unprofessional.

This culture created an environment where empathy was discouraged, ethics were optional, and fear of speaking up was constant.

I was instructed to misrepresent services, fabricate communications, and participate in deceptive business practices. Employees were expected to comply without question, regardless of legality or ethics. Those who didn’t were mocked, threatened, or pushed out.

I was also placed in situations that crossed serious professional and personal boundaries. I was instructed to lie to cover personal behavior, to redirect clients dishonestly, and to participate in situations that had nothing to do with my job. This included being told to mislead her spouse and assist in hiding an inappropriate relationship with a client.

This was not a one-time incident. It was a pattern of behavior that normalized deception and abuse of power in the workplace.

When I eventually left, the retaliation began.

    Her tone changed immediately.

At that point, I was explicitly told that if I spoke about my experience, no one would believe me — that she was “Tanya Rosen,” well known and influential, and that I was a nobody whose word would not matter.

This was not said casually. It was communicated as a warning during my exit, at a moment when my livelihood, reputation, and future were most vulnerable.

That message was clear: stay silent, or face consequences.

For a long time, it worked.

I have endured harassment that escalated to a point where legal action became necessary. I was threatened. Private images were shared. Animal feces was sent to my home. Despite multiple requests to stop, the behavior escalated until I was forced to file police reports and pursue legal action not out of emotion—but because I was left with no choice.

The nine-page letter she released is false, defamatory, and will be addressed with evidence. Every financial accusation can be disproven. Every claim will be met with documentation.

I am not responding to lies with chaos.
I am responding with truth, restraint, and facts.

    I will not be intimidated.
    I will not be silenced.

    Here is just some proof!
