I am addressing statements that tanya has posted about me publicly In her public PDF.

In regards to the aweful lies that Tanya has wrote in this I will be sharing my truth as promised and answering each and every single thing on here and I’ll be answering it in bold 

Rachel

This is a letter to tell my side of the story

I have kept quiet for a long time…

I have both heard and seen the lies and negativity spread against me by Rachel

for the last year and a half.

While anyone who matters knows the real story, there are plenty of people who

only got to hear one side or just naively believed the lies and misinformation. At

the end of the day, I only care what Hashem knows and how my family views me

and I’m BH good on both those ends.

However, because this isn’t only about opinions but also about Parnassah and

protecting my reputation, I will tell my side of the story here.

Background :

I hired Rachel when she was 19. I took her in with zero office experience, no

references, and no particular skills.

Rachel had horrible habits, which I helped her to give up. 

• Yes, she has hired me at 19 but I had great communication skills, people skills I have worked with customers for a year already before that and was great at it as well as working with kids. She literally would message me how thankful she was for me and wouldn’t know what she would do without me and anyone who knew and knows me knows that’s true. BH I didn’t have any bad habits 

She used to live on

apple sauce jars and laxatives and had a very unhealthy outlook towards

nutrition and foods.

• false, did I love baby jars the Apple sauce ones yes, and I have never taken any laxatives and bh didn’t have to. Maybe that was her way of doing things but deff not mine. 

We became very close and worked together many hours a day. Rachel became

like a younger sister to me. When she got engaged in Deal, and I was upstate, I

drove almost 3 hours each way to be there. 

• so again, she’s saying how I had horrible habits and saying all these bad things but at the same time we were so close ect? She’s contradicting herself. I would do the world for her. She needed me up at 6 am I was ready she needed me to work till 12 am I was ready. When I was 19 years old she was giving me 13$ an hour and I would work from 7 am till 12 am sometimes you think she would give over time? Haha never! Ever! Literally. Once someone asked for over time at the office and she told them I’ll give you some money in cash it if I don’t have to give you over time.

When she needed to borrow money

to pay for her wedding (Several thousands of dollars), I lent it to her. 

• the main word is BORROW. It was very nice of her but I paid back ever single dollar and I worked right after I got married I didn’t even take off. Was it nice of her for letting me borrow it? Yes! But I paid it all back 

Whenever

any of her family members needed money, I not only either lent it or donated it,

but I would often personally get it to them since I live in Brooklyn near them, and

she ended up moving to Deal. 

• again lies, some of my own paycheck would go to them! MY OWN PAY CHECK. Would she have her husband drop it off sometimes yes but it was never donating money it was my own always. I also have all this proof in messages on my phone 

T o be clear, I had no resentment doing any of this.

I did this willingly and happily, because I really thought of her as a younger sister

and also appreciated how hard she worked. This continued through all the years

as well. 

• this!!! Again she’s bashing me half the time how horrible I was but then saying how great I was. I literally did the world for her. Anything she needed. I even lied to her husband for her about where she would be sometimes. 

Several times I hired her family members who needed a job even when I didn’t need anyone and kept them employed when they long ago should have been fired. 

• again lies, we didn’t have anyone and I mean anyone to take over nutrition jobs or secretary jobs sometimes so I convinced my family members to take the job. Again I have proof of messages of this. Ever wonder why they are always looking for staff…. No one lasts. 

When her sister Diana got married and needed help paying for the wedding, I came through. When that same sister got married the second time,same story. 

• again lies, could it be she gave a wedding gift of $50 when she came yeh possible but to actually go and lie and say how you helped pay is really something. 

When Rachel and her husband were buying a house and needed help with the down payment, I came through again. 

• now this is really pushing it!! Never has she ever paid a dollar towards this ever. Ever! My husband has covered that all on his own. It’s the lies that are so hurtful for her to just be able to lie and get away with it is wrong on so many levels. 

This isn’t stuff I ever said to

anyone. Not a single employee or anyone in my family other than my husband

knew this. 

• that’s because it’s all a lie that’s why no one knew about it. Maybe try being honest for a change. 

I’m only writing this now to explain how close we were and how good I was to her.

• it was a business relationship , I worked I got paid. And I worked like a dog. She would make comments all the time how great I am because I’m like having 3 employees. 

The horrible posts she made about me saying I paid her less and less every year, didn’t show appreciation, never gave extra, etc. are complete lies!

• the company has been having less and less people joining so yes people where getting g paid less and hours cut and things happening and we would never ever get paid over time for all the extra crazy hours we did 

Rachel got well above an average raise every single year. 

• she would raise people 1-2$ no joke and my raise was not good at all especially for everything I did 

Aside from that, she

got Commissions and bonuses too.

I accommodated her life whenever she needed it. Whether it was moving to Deal

and working from home and in different locations, working less after one kid and

then less again after her second kid, the flexibility of hours, etc.

When she writes that she worked until the middle of the night, that is completely

false and a huge exaggeration. Rachel asked to be off between the hours of

2:30-7:30 every day since that’s when she was picking up her kids, feeding them

dinner, and putting them to sleep. She then would log back in to catch up on the

day for an hour or 2 (NOT all night). This was her choice of schedule and I agreed to it. 

• Again not true. I would be on my phone sadly all day and if she wanted something she wanted it now or as soon as possible and it was always urgent if you ask anyone who is still there they would say the same thing. The anxiety you have from it is very overwhelming. I have worked insane hours clocking in sometimes a stupid number of hours a week . Break? There is no break you would still get bombarded with messages and questions 

For me and most of the staff, this was extremely inconvenient as we didn’t want to be busy during those hours answering her texts or being available for what she needed. I got many complaints about it from other staff but they

knew that I was respecting Rachel’s request to have those flexible hours and

they dealt with it. 

• ask any staff member and you would know it’s a lie also. I was always always available always had my phone on me ready to answer and I would. They always said how approachable I was and easy to talk to and helpful I gave each staff and client my all and she knows that. 

I have NEVER in my almost 20 years of business ever been even one day late

on payroll BH. You can verify that with any employee. 

• that’s true she was never late and I never said she was that part is true.

When she told me over and over how much a clean house means to her

husband, how upset he gets when it’s not perfect, and how she’s just not

managing, I offered to pay for her cleaning lady and continued doing so for a

while.

• She actually said she’ll pay a little of it because we were using my house as one of the locations so clients would be coming. In and out and my freezer was stuffed with her food and I would be handling ppls orders and packing things so yes she was kind to offer but it deff wasn’t the full Amount .

When Rachel told me things like this, I felt like I was speaking to a younger sister

that I wanted to help. Again, no one other than my husband knew about this. It

wasn’t done to show off. It was done because I cared and wanted to help. I’monly publicizing this now to show yet another example of how false her portrayal of me is and how good I was to her.

• That’s because each location had a cleaning lady and I was trying to get the house ready for clients ect and she wanted me to work more and focus on that so she suggested to give some. Oh and let’s not forget that amount she gave came out of my commission part for the deal location. Yes, it wasn’t like she gave it from her own pocket, it would come out of my cut from the deal $ that came in that I fully handled myself from A to Z. 

When she was sick and I knew no one was taking care of her, I delivered chicken

soup to her house.

• she never did that at all!! I do happen to remember her bugging out at me Basya and Alice for not asking her a day later how she felt she was not feeling good on Friday so we all wished her to feel better ect and after Shabbos she texted us a horrible message saying how we are the worst people ever and how we did not ask her if she’s feeling better and going off on us so since then we were traumatised anytime she would even sniffle we would all ask her are you okay? 

When she crashed my car, I forgave her and didn’t make her pay for the repairs.

• she made me go get her car at 12 am when I just got my license I literally apologized to her a bunch of times and she told me she didn’t care and it was fine 

When Rachel told me about going to a random therapist that her insurance

covers, I offered to pay for a qualified therapist and even offered to find one for

her through a referral service or people I know.

• again lies. When I have seen a therapist in the past, I have always covered it myself. It’s crazy how she’s OK with lying about things like this while I’m sure she doesn’t want me going and lying and saying I’m covering for her therapy sessions. 

I have driven hours and showed up to her events and celebrations like people do

for family. Housewarming, kids’ birthdays, etc.

I got gifts for every child’s birthday, and gave her generous baby gifts, birthday

gifts for her as well. I should mention to be fair that she did the same for me. She was at all my simchas, always arranged collective staff gifts, etc. We truly were very close and more like family than any other title.

• again, I have given her my all everytime her birthday was coming up. I would make sure all the staff chipped in and get her something gorgeous and beautiful. Anytime there was a holiday I would do the same. I would always go above and beyond for her. Anyone that knows me knows this. I would always be the one collecting and making sure it was perfect and she was happy. 

Even our families spent a lot of time together whether it was on a weekend,

parties, or just randomly. We went on several vacations together which I always

paid for. 

• our family’s have never went away together! We had a staff event with everyone but that’s it. It’s just really hurtful how she’s so okay to lie about things like that that are so not true.

I also very often treated the staff, especially Rachel to dinners and events.

• Okay but hear this, then she would take it off our commission total . She would say oh the event was $500 so that’s going to come off of the money that came in that you’re supposed to get a cut of and she would do this to me and to Alice and Basya always.
• Anytime there was any event or anything or any dinner she would always do this to us

Rachel told me hundreds of times that she is so grateful for her amazing job, her

wonderful pay, etc. She always said, “I can’t imagine ever wanting to work

anywhere else”.

• of course I was grateful for a job, but at the end of the day was a job and I gave her my all.  I worked my hardest and I gave her so much of my time and I did the world for her and for her to be able to go and say all these lies is insane.

Regarding all the claims that I don’t want anyone to make money: I not only

supported her side businesses like resin, CBD gummies, beef jerky, and day

camp, but I even promoted them for her and gave her advice, insights, and

support.

• she had me make it for her for free and I did more than happily. I made her a gorgeous one that took months to complete and she only paid for the cost. And that’s because business was not going well for her so I had to make money elsewhere they were less clients than usual in the business. 

 I am happy for people to make money as long as it’s not behind my back-breaking a contract and stabbing me in the back.

• Again lies. I once had a client who was going to pay me extra to travel very far and Tanya would still get the full amount for herself and I would just get for the travelling time and she went crazy and said how she wants that money and how it’s not fair and how I could only get a smaller amount of it. 

On Motzei Yom Kippur 2022, Rachel shocked me by informing me that she got

“an amazing job offer” and she is going to be taking it. She would not give me

details as to who she will be working for or what she will be doing other than that

it’s in the real estate and clothing field. Contrary to what she writes in her rants,she never asked for more money. She simply informed me that she got an amazing opportunity and she will be taking it. Although I was shocked and taken

aback, I said “If that’s what you truly want to do and you think it’s the right thing

for you then I can’t stop you and I wish you luck”.

• Again lies which I will definitely include the messages between us here so this way you could decide for yourself exactly how it went. And she told me straight out she can’t pay me more at the end of the day it is a job and I do have to be able to make money. 

I did ask her if it was just a money thing and if getting more money would help

(even though she was the highest-paid employee already and working her own

dream hours). She then informed me that the salary she was offered was triple

and that I couldn’t match that. That was true. If in fact, the salary was triple then

no I would not and could not match that.

• that’s because our pay got so much less since it wasn’t as booked as usual the locations and every little tiny thing was getting taken off our commissions so it wasn’t working out for me anymore and trust me she was making money she just didn’t wanna share which I get it to each their own, but then don’t make me work like a dog

When I hung up the phone with her I found out the name of the person she took

this job with. This led me to realize that she “forgot” to mention one very

important component: That she will be helping to open and then operating and

managing a gym in Boro Park. 

• there was nothing in the contract that stated that and there was no contract that I signed but she literally forged a contract and signed it as if it’s me and she even didn’t try to hide her way of writing because she would always write things and I had a lawyer hire someone and compare it and it was the same exact thing for proof. 

According to the contract that she signed, she is

not able to own, operate, manage, or work in any nutrition or fitness setting for

five years after she leaves my company and not within five miles either. This is

obviously why she left that part out in her little practiced goodbye speech.

I called her out on it and her response was “Yeah, that too, I just didn’t wanna tell

you”. Ever the people pleaser, Rachel left out the part that not only breaches her

contract on a legal level but is also a complete spit in the face on a personal

level. 

• I will include the messages because I feel like that is important to show exactly how I answered and to show exactly how she answer

And yes, I did go and write angry texts to her in a manner which is not me

usually at all. I was so hurt and shocked. I admit I was not nice about it but I was

coming from a place of extreme hurt and shock.

Rachel then texted “My Rabbi reviewed the contract I signed and said I’m not

doing anything wrong… it’s not like I’m doing nutrition which I was trained for… I

wouldn’t do that to you”… famous last words as they say… 

I know a typical boss/employee in this scenario might act differently but we were

literally like sisters AND she left that part about the gym out on purpose which

made it even more hurtful.

Despite what she writes about me, I do NOT give a hard time nor stalk anyone who chooses to leave my company. Over the last almost 20 years, I have had hundreds of employees come and go. 

• again lies, she would have us fake message different employees and pretend to be clients and see if they would take them on and certain employees she would harass as well if she felt like they were doing something that she didn’t approve of. For example Shevy from Lkwd who used to work for us and Alexa who started her own diet as well as others.  

That’s life. I am on either very good ortotally neutral terms with every single one of them. Some even went on their own

and I chose to let it go. 

• again lies and that was why I was so scared to leave in the beginning because of how scary she could be and what she could do. If you guys remember what she did to the guy who used to sell the cookies when she decided she wants to start the muffins, then you know exactly what I mean.
• If anyone ever says anything against their life, for example on, I am a mother she sends a cease and desist . It’s always her way or the highway and God forbid anyone has anything else to say.

It is only because of the nature of our specific

relationship, the breach of legal and moral code, and the roundabout way she

went about it that I acted in this matter.

My lawyer suggested I have an IT expert analyze all the activity in the accounts.

• again lies- because this literally never happened 

He discovered that the entire database of clients with their emails as well as their

phone numbers were exported by her on 06/20/22 which was 3 months before

she left. She was obviously planning this for a while behind my back.

• again this is lies and she actually had us always do the emails because we would be the one sending out emails to the clients and checking up on them and making sure that we are promoting her all the time. She would actually have us save everyone’s phone numbers from all the locations so this way they could always see our statuses and we could always be promoting her all the time. She would bug out at us if we did not post what she wanted us to post on our WhatsApp statuses and if we did not save peoples numbers. 

I also found orders from different websites like Ali Express using my information.

She did use her own credit card but she opened accounts under my name and

private email only she had access to. When I called her out on this again she

didn’t respond and then said something like

“It wasn’t your money, it was mine”.

• again lies, why would she keep me on if I would do that? She literally was the one who asked me to borrow money for her surgery because she didn’t want her husband to find out the true amount . I never took a dollar from her and she actually wanted us to use her credit card and take it off of our pay because it was a write off for her. 

You may be wondering why an employee had access to do all this. I completely

trusted her. She had every password, every credit card number, and even my

social security number. I never in my life imagined that she would use this

information against me or behind my back.

There were a few incidents at the beginning of her employment that should have

been red flags. One was when a large amount of cash went missing from my

house that only she knew about and was there with me that day. 

• Now why would any sane Boss ever trust an employee with having her bank information with handling all the bookkeeping and all personal information and knowing exactly how much money comes into the company and all expenses if she is saying that I stole money in the beginning and bringing home cash and reporting it? What kind of sane person would do that? So here she is contradicting herself because obviously she had to trust me to give me all this access and she did and I have never stolen from her at all. I was always so honest and I had all her personal notes and I knew exactly what she did behind closed doors so yes she is definitely lying here. 

Another was

when I saw on my cameras she had gone into my house with her then-boyfriend

now husband to have “alone time” while I was away for the Summer, without my

permission. 

• again lies, and I think she is confusing me with herself when she went with a someone….

She also used to text family members, her exes, friends, and even

her husband from fake numbers and fake Instagram accounts either just for fun

or to test them. 

• I feel like she is taking some of her own truth and trying to bring it on me for example she actually had a fake number and if she got into a fight with the man who she was talking to at that time then she would reach out to their wives on that Fake Number and harass them or joke around or tell them your husband is cheating on you. Same with the man she was sometimes message him to test him out. And again, I have proof of all of this on my phone.

She also once proudly told me she fakes clients’ weights to make

them think they lost weight. This horrified me and I did tell her to stop that

immediately or she would be fired. 

• again this is not true. If anything she would tell us all the staff to flirt with the male clients to get them to buy more and if someone did not Loose  to wiggle the scale. Also by their first appointment to make it a little bit more. The lies were very overwhelming. 

Rachel was taking Adderall for no reason

other than to “get more done” and kept pushing it on me as well telling me I’ll

have a better day at work with it. She also sold it on the side sometimes which

was very shady to me. 

• have I taken Adderall in the past in college and certain days when she needed me to work 17 hours a day? Yes , have I ever pushed it on her? No, she actually was taking it on her own. But for her to go and share medical information on here and be OK with that by all means I have nothing to hide but I hope that you’re OK with exposing yourself as well.

I saw how Rachel frequently lied to people very close to

her and hid money information and things she did from her husband. I found this

to be unsettling but naively assumed she was just a little immature or not

polished. I didn’t dream she had a dishonest and low dirty side to her.

– again she’s saying this meanwhile she’s saying that she trusted me with all the backend information and all the money and everything while she saw in the beginning I did shady things what normal Boss would ever trust someone after they saw them stealing or doing things. Obviously no normal person would, so here is proof that she’s lying about this as well. I have never stolen anything or lied about anything. I am one of the most honest people when it comes to working. do I joke around a lot yes but anyone who knows me knows that already but when it comes to being serious, I am very serious.

Yes, these should have been red flags but hindsight is always 20/20 as they say.

Shortly after she left, I was afraid she would try to come in and steal more

information.

I warned her that if she wants to come into any office and take back her abs and

beauty machine she needs to do so when a staff member is there and never

alone.

My Williamsburg staff informed me that she must have come in when no one was

there because the machine was gone and the laptop was open and looked like

someone was using it. I found out she had convinced the landlord to let her in. I

discovered she had reactivated her password on the open computer, and deleted

a whole contact list of inquiries we were going to follow up with.

• again, not true. I have been let in by the landlord and he literally saw me take my machine that she has been trying to steal clients with and leave the office with It. I did not touch anything while I was there and the fact that she would lie again is not surprising.

Rachel decided to not only leave but to take other staff members with her.

She convinced 3 long-term close employees to leave as well. I don’t know 100

percent of the tactics she used but I got a glimpse when one of them told me

Rachel told her I never liked her, had lied to her about pay that others were

getting to make her feel like she was taken advantage of, and made me out to be

a monster to get away from.

• they left because she gave them an ultimatum that they are not allowed to talk to me or have anything to do with me and they have to cut ties with emsculpt business and do it with her and if they don’t, they are fired. Tanya if you are going to say the truth at least try to say the full truth.

Rachel then went on a turn staff against me binge. She created WhatsApp chats

with all the employees where she bashed me, and encouraged them to “stand up

for themselves”, and get out. She also told them to warn me that she would tell

my husband “all my secrets”. This was done with the intent of casting doubts in

their minds about who I really am. Obviously, I heard about this from them and

they left the chats but this was so demoralizing and unpleasant, especially given

our usual warm and loving work environment. 

• there is no warm loving work environment, it’s her way or the highway. She sent animal pooped to my house, for my birthday, she harassed me on so many different levels, she would text me insane things from different numbers. She would harass people that I know. I literally made a chat asking them to please tell her to stop. I am done with the harassment. 

She attempted this again a few

months later with even more staff and even tried to call them to make up lies

about me. Most staff members have since blocked her to stop her harassment.

• not one person blocked me and they are actually all very nice and sweet and amazing people. Love them all. 

Rachel was also on a mission to waste our time and resources. She kept making

up fake phone numbers and Instagram accounts. 

• again, lies. 

All the office phones kept

getting a slew of fake texts looking to rile them up. When that kept happening I

messaged her husband directly from my actual real number telling him she

needed to stop this.She called this move “harassment” while at the same time nonstop calling and

emailing my husband with lies and garbage about me.

• I have messaged her husband that if she does not stop harassing me then I’m going to tell him the truth about what she did behind his back because I couldn’t take it no more it got to the point where it was crazy

Rachel took it to a whole other level when she went on a large Facebook group

which consists of thousands of orthodox women and wrote tons of lies about me

in a public forum. She made herself out to be the poor victim abused by a crazy

ex-boss and never gave the context of our relationship nor told anyone what SHE

did. This was done several times, each time with more lies than the last. 

• it’s actually all still up there and you could feel free to read it. Jewish women talk about anything and it’s definitely not all lies and if you search her name then you will see multiple posts about her and what she does to clients and people and staff members. 

This

was a very low attempt to ruin my reputation and make me look like a monster.

It took every ounce of mental and emotional strength I had NOT to post anything

about her publicly. I kept hoping she would finally respond to Beis Din (more

about that later) and I stayed classy and quiet. I was comforted in that those who

mattered knew the truth but all this took a huge toll on myself and my family.

• she definitely did not stay classy or quiet she would harass me through fake messages or writing disgusting thing about Instagram or harassing anyone that would have anything to do with me

I lost a lot of weight which I didn’t have to lose, developed vision problems, and

had several anxiety attacks. My kids suffered so much as well. I found a note my

daughter wrote saying “Rachel, my mom was always so nice to you please stop

trying to ruin our lives”. 

• now I’m sure this is a lie as well because she has lied about me calling her daughter on the phone and saying something about telling her daughter how she cheated on her husband like why would I even care to do that or involve a kid?

Their school work worsened and they developed physical

and emotional symptoms in response to the stress. I and some of my kids had to

be in therapy for the last year and a half.

• Honestly don’t believe this at all

Last Summer I was at a restaurant with my kids and so was Rachel. My kids

went outside to wait for me. She walked out and told them “Your mom is a

disgusting person”. She also texted the phone she knows my daughter uses for

work saying “Hi, what’s it like to have a mom who’s a wh***”?

• Yes, I have seen her at the restaurant and no, I have not said a word to her or her daughter . I literally wanted nothing to do with her or her family. If her daughter thinks that she is a whore then maybe she found out some things that her mother did but I 100% had nothing to do with that. 

It hit me just how much I was dealing with when my friend Ilanit who is one of the

strongest people I know said to me: “I don’t know how you function with all this. I

would just lay in bed and not go on”.

It was ugly and horrible to begin with. Making it a public social media spectacle

was just so low and unnecessary of her.

Because she never had her own knowledge or materials or ideas, she kept using

and stealing mine. Every time we came out with an ad that we worked hard on

and spent $ on, she would take it and just change the color and logo. 

• she always had everyone do all her work she never did it herself. All her staff members would always do it. When I was working there, I would be the one reviewing everyone’s plans and sending them the mistakes they had. It was always us. I never had to copy her and never will. 

She also

kept shamelessly using my copyright articles and holiday tips, practically word for

word.Rachel also created two different fake Instagram accounts with my name on

them. She posted embarrassing private pictures of me with my hair uncovered.

• she keeps referring to the Instagram account with her holding a vibrator which I told her I didn’t. There were multiple people who had that photo and multiple people she hurt. 

She used these accounts to comment nasty things on other people’s accounts in

my “name”.

Rachel’s harassment and interference with my personal and business life kept

going on. Several times a month both my own cell and the office phones got texts

from fake numbers (Rachel’s signature trick) with ridiculous messages aiming to

bother and distract us. She even signed up for a sexaholic’s anonymous website

with my name and work email. She did this so my staff would see these emails

(as she knew they would) and think I have an “issue”.

• The crazy part is I would not put it past her to do this herself and then blame it on others. That’s how far she would go.

This past November, my family and I nearly had a massive car accident which

was miraculously avoided. The Axel mysteriously came off my car while we were

going 70 miles an hour on a highway. The tow repair people and the car

dealership people were all shocked. My car is a relatively new Audi, that has

recently been inspected, and we were driving on a straight smooth road, not a

rugged country one. They suspected foul play. I suspected Rachel had sent one

of her family members to do this. I have heard stories from her in the past of how

her family and community “took care” of those that bothered them. After this

incident, I became extremely paranoid and even more so about my kids and their

safety. One of my kids has refused to drive on highways since then.

• if anyone knows my parents or my family, they know they are the most nicest people and would never hurt a fly . I think this part was one of the most insane things that she has written and for her to literally accuse me of trying to murder her is almost laughable. 

For over a year now I have attempted to go to Beis Din with Rachel. She has

been either ignoring them or playing games with her responses. She was very

close to getting a seruv several times but always managed to come up with a

story last minute.

• I told her multiple times that I am not going to Beis din, because I have spoken to my rabbi and others and they have said that someone like this needs to be stopped through court. She is not a truthful person and she is a danger to the world. And the Beis din can’t stop her legally and they gave me full permission to go and when I told the Beis din this they said I can’t have to go to them but they can’t stop her legally from the harassment she’s committing. So I said I have no problem going only after the court they kept saying if i don’t go they will issue a siruv so my rav said take her to court because she needs to be stopped. 

At one point she even filed a police report against me for harassment which was

ironic since I was being harassed by her nonstop so I filed back and we were

both told to stay away from each other.
